Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar, Founder & Sr. IPR Attorney, Wordict-IP® Hyderabad

Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar, having a masters in IPR law, has experience of more than 30 years as a lawyer in handling IPR issues, covering the broad spectrum of Litigation and Enforcement before Trial Courts, High Court and the Supreme Court, and is also an expert in Valuation and Mediation with focus on IPR. Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar is highly proficient in filing IP applications, having filed more than 4000 Trademarks, Copyright and Patent applications on behalf of diverse clients and their prosecution before various registries. Additionally, he also has experience in filing and prosecuting international applications in USA, ARIPO, EU and South East Asia.

He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Practitioners’ Association India, International Trademark Association (INTA), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and is also a certified Mediator from BIMACC Bangalore, with focus on IPR mediation. Currently, Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar spearheads the firm Wordict-IP® in India.

Sheela Ram Kumar

Mrs. Sheela Ram Kumar graduated in law from Osmania University in May 2017 and enrolled with the Telangana Bar Oct 2017. Mrs. Sheela Ram Kumar joined as a software consultant with Satyam Consultant services and continued till 2012 as a Project Lead. She has later embarked on legal career and has strengthened the Wordict-IP® firm with her technical expertise.

Sheela Ram Kumar is very proficient in filing Trademarks and Copyrights online and she was doing the same even prior to joining LLB.As a qualified lawyer, Sheela Ram Kumar not only looks after trademarks or copyright filings for various clients but also deals with Oppositions, Rectifications and Revocations before the various Registries’. Having good command in English and alacrity of mind are the additional features she carries to the table.

Naveen Annumula

Mr. Naveen Kumar Anumula is a multidisciplinary professional with graduation in Biomedical Engineering and Post graduate in Law from Osmania University. He has also successfully completed his PG-Diploma in IPR from NALSAR University. He is Practicing Advocate and Registered Patent Attorney with Government of India. He has started his career in IP since 2005 and has worked in IP Analytics Firm and IP law Firms and gained immense experience in the area of filing and prosecution of Intellectual Property rights. As on date, he has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and handheld them and assisted them in handling their Intellectual Property Requirements. He has mentored and educated several companies, students and start-ups in strategizing their Intellectual property. Presently he is in charge of Patent filing and Prosecution for Wordict-IP®.

Charu Srivastava

Ms. Charu Srivastava [Faculty at School of Law, UPES, Dehradun] is also the Founder of THE IP PRESS initiative. The IP PRESS was founded with an objective to spread awareness on the latest IP issues, conduct workshops seminars and video lectures for the IP professionals, review and comment on the IP policies, and career counselling for students who are interested in building their career in IP.

She possesses close to 6 years of academic experience and also a Ph.D. Scholar at GNLU, Gandhinagar. She is an alumnus of National Law School of India University and Faculty of Law University of Allahabad. She has specialisation in Business Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. She has extensively researched on the Intellectual Property Law and has several research publications which are published in various reputed journals to her credit. She is also an expert at teaching lengthy theoretical concepts in an interesting manner.
